Getting Here 

There will be someone from Life Lab in the entrance to the Cowell Ranch Hay Barn from 9:15-9:30 am, ready to give you a parking permit upon arrival. To find our parking lot, navigate to the UCSC Cowell Ranch Hay Barn.

Our workshop will start at the Cowell Ranch Hay Barn and throughout the day we will walk up to our Garden Classroom Site. Walking to our Garden Classroom involves a five minute up-hill on dirt and wood chipped path. If you require assistance navigating this, please contact us at kelsey@lifelab.org

What to Bring

We recommend that you bring the following to the workshop:
• Comfortable clothes: Layers are often best for chilly mornings and warm afternoons.
• Comfortable shoes for the outdoors
• A hat, sunscreen and water bottle
• A notebook and a pen or pencil
• A mask
